The Futura Loyalty Group-Correction to Agent's Warrant

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/03/09 -- The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE: FUT) (the "Company") today announced that the number of warrants to be issued to Belweather Capital Partners Inc. pursuant to the first tranche of the private placement set out in the press release dated April 6, 2009 has been reduced from 450,000 to 300,000 and the number of warrants pursuant to the second tranche of the private placement set out in the press releases dated June 30, 2009 has been reduced from 510,000 to 498,000. In addition, the cash commissions to be paid to the agents have been reduced for a total cash commission of $39,900. All other terms of the warrants and commissions remain the same as set out in the releases.
